central location excellent support automatic doors
i liked the hotel's central location . the staff offered excellent support . breakfast was good , and i appreciated the bike and ski storage room with automatic doors. i also used the garage with direct access to the hotel , which was very convenient.

i found the staff friendly and helpful. the breakfast included a special smoked fish selection and various other options. the spa included a finnish sauna with other saunas and pools available.
my room lacked in-room air conditioning, Despite the hotel description.

the hotel features a position very close to many local attractions. i found it just a few minutes walk to the lake, buses, bars, and restaurants. the train station was an easy walk from the hotel.

employees offered great support throughout my stay. reception staff were excellent and always happy to help. the hotel provides a bike and ski room which includes automatic doors and direct access from the garage, A HUGE benefit.

a decent hotel in a central location
central location spacious room amazing cuisine hot room heating problem few towels
the location is really great , right in the center. my room was spacious and comfortable , just right for a week's stay. i liked the half-board option , it offered amazing cuisine every evening.
the room was too hot , i could not regulate the heating. the person who came up only spoke croatian and did nothing. there was no cleaning and few towels were available.

great location beautiful view dated area disorganised staff
The location was fantastic. We could walk from the train station without needing a car. the view of the lake from our room was beautiful too. i stayed in one of the suites and it featured a kitchenette. it was perfect for my family.
the reception and bar area felt dated, really dated. the staff were polite but seemed quite disorganised too. i reminded me of they could have been more attentive and efficient with their tasks. it could use some refreshment.
